Hello Friends,
The real estate market has seen a huge increase in pending sales from the beginning of the year to the end of April to coincide with the incredible tax credits that were offered to both first time and move up buyers.
It’s no surprise that the volume of sales for May was lower than previous years and most experts expected as much.
However, out in the trenches we are finding that buyers don’t have as many choices as they did a few months ago and unless we get new inventory for the summer...
