
The days are numbered for the traditional printed and mailed newsletter because of the increasing costs of printing, paper and postage. JLSNews.com is designed to be fast, inexpensive, easy-to-use, and rich with the sort of features that Real Estate Agents and their clients need and want to use.

Step 1: Sign Up
The sign-up process is simple; input your name and contact info and pay only $29 for the first month and you're ready to start! You'll receive a confirmation email with your Login name and Password to keep in your records. You'll also be charged $29 each month to keep your account active. Cancel at any time. We will also alert you when a new feature or upgrade has been added to the site.
Step 2: Build Your Newsletter
Login and then follow the simple step-by-step instructions. Upload your photo, input your phone, email and web contact information, choose up to three monthly Feature Articles or write your own, write your personal message, include a testimonial or statistics, input up to three Featured Homes, add links, and so on.
Articles. Each month three new professionally-written and researched articles will become available for use in your newsletter. These articles will focus on current trends and the latest information about the changing real estate market. Also available is the Article Archive, containing past Feature Articles AND general information articles about real estate related topics of interest (i.e., How to Improve Curb Appeal, Why You Should Hire a Professional Real Estate Agent, The Pitfalls of FSBO, and so on). You may also write your own article and include it in your newsletter.
You will be able to proof your newsletter as you work and easily edit to make changes.
Step 3: Upload Your Email List
Our system enables you to easily upload your email list in .csv format. Most email clients include an easy to use export tool to export your email list to a .csv file, including Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo and many others. You may upload a new email list each month from wherever you are keeping/maintaining your list. Or, you can add/edit addresses to a list(s) that you maintain online as part of your JLSNews.com account.
Step 4: SEND!
Once your email list is uploaded, now all you have to do is press the SEND button. The system will automatically send your customized newsletter - and report back to you if there are any undeliverable email addresses so you can fix your list for future mailings.
